Our cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. A late cancellation or non-attendance to an appointment results in 50% of the consult fee charged for private clients or 90% of the consult fee for NDIS clients. 

Payment is required in full at the time of your consultation or service and is required prior to commencement of assessments. Payment via EFTPOS or credit card is preferred. Reports are not released if the account has not been paid. 

All fees at Headstart are set lower than the Australian Psychological Society's recommended rate of $300 per hour.
